That title isn’t just an extremely clever play on words (some would say very extremely), it also works because I have six more videos to share with you!

Rusty and I talked to Jon Jebus. I’m not entirely sure how he knew to come to us but he was really nice and fun to talk to. He was pushing a superhero comic which is pretty rare at SPX so it’s interesting to me that, in a way, he’s representing a subset of a subset.

Dave Foland and Jason Strutz were promoting their new book, Pizzula, which has an amazing high concept: vampire pizza. They were great to talk to and the time flew by.

RM Rhodes is a local (to me) creator and we actually interviewed as part of last year’s show. Unfortunately for him (and my stress level), I had a hard drive failure and lost a handful of interviews. Thankfully, he was there this year and we could make it up.

Beth Scorzato was at the show representing Spandexless.com and it was interesting to talk to someone who came at the show from an angle other than working for it or selling at it.

Viga was someone else who was sent to us by one of our other interviewees (I think James Point Du Jour) and it was another instance of talking someone you know nothing about and it working out really well.

Now this was an interview that went very differently than I expected. Evan is a friend of ours so the actual talking part was a breeze and great fun but then we went to stop the camera afterward and find out it had stopped recording! Since I couldn’t have the interview end without an, you know, ending, we came back the next day and finished it up. All told, it’s probably our longest interview and I got to get a bit creative with the part where it changes video so thumbs up!
